150, Superbowl food, Thursday, Oh My!

So......... I might have bought http://www.thethingaboutdestiny.com/  and it MIGHT be up and running.  Crazy I know.  But I figured I started out this blog with Mel and Holly  being my devoted commenters and now have over 150 people reading my thoughts.  WHAT??
The purpose of influence is to speak up for those who have no influence" - Rick Warren

Also, not that she needs me to promote her awesomeness, but my girl Lindsay got herself a new blog design over at Unsweetened Coco Love that girl so much and she is cooking a new little bean as we speak and I am thrilled for her! Go shoot her some love!

Amy  is doing a superbowl link up today about food.  So football, food and a link up?  Can we just say trifecta??
Here is mine. I made these for our New Years Eve party and in ten minutes 48 of these suckers were GONE!
(Thanks pillsbury :-))
RECIPE

Ingredients

1(8-oz.) can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
24slices (about 5 oz.) pepperoni
2oz. (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
1cup tomato pasta or pizza sauce, heated

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 8 triangles; pat out each triangle slightly.
  2. Place 3 slices pepperoni, slightly overlapping, on center of each triangle. Top each with about 1 tablespoon cheese.
  3. Roll up, starting at shortest side of triangle and rolling to opposite point. Place rolls, point side down, on ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 375°F. for 10 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm crescents with warm pasta sauce for dipping.

  1. Thanks so much for linking up. I made these a coupe years ago for our super bowl party and they were a hit with everyone as well. They were easy and yummy. I may try them again this year. :-)

  2. New domain, what what! :)

I try to avoid the super bowl--and anything football related--at all cost. But I would totally make myself watch the game if I got some of these pizza crescent things. :)
